The Tessenderlo Schoonhees industrial estate consists of 33 hectares, divided into two zones: an SME zone and a zone for large-scale companies. In 2010, LRM bought the entire 33-hectare site from Tessenderlo Chemie, which it held as a strategic land reserve. In 2015, the southern extension of Schoonhees was officially inaugurated as an industrial estate, combined with a large 9-hectare green buffer.
The plots vary in size between 3,166m² and 50,000m². You can find the plan of the site here.
