LRM can also finance companies on the basis of a loan. LRM has two types of corporate loans.
The KlimOp loan is the ideal leverage for small enterprises with a promising project. With this additional bank financing, we create oxygen for growth.
The KlimOp loan is a subordinated loan from 50,000 to 250,000 euros with a term of seven years, where you do not have to make any capital repayments during the first two years. The interest rate is fixed at 4%. If a company succeeds in creating five new jobs, then the interest rate will fall to 3% with effect from the year that this objective is reached.
The PLUS loan is intended for established small family firms in the small-scale industrial and service sectors. High-quality start-ups that can present a profitable activity right from the start are also eligible. This is a standardised subordinated loan without guarantees that is provided as a supplement to bank loans and financing from own resources. Bankers regard it as additional quasi-equity capital and thus as leverage for more bank financing.
The PLUS loan is granted for amounts from 250,000 to 600,000 euros at an interest rate of 6% per annum.
The business plan needs to show that the SME is generating sufficient cash flow to be able to repay the loan.
