75% of LRM’s portfolio consists of SMEs (according to the European definitions). LRM’s sphere of action includes all ambitious SMEs in Limburg, from practically every sector. LRM is especially interested in family businesses.

LRM offers a unique combination of venture capital and real estate.

Each portfolio company can count on financial support, but there’s more to LRM. The investment managers assist the companies on a strategic level and introduce them to a large business network en co-investors.

LRM provides companies with the necessary instruments to grow faster and create added value for all stakeholders.

LRM can also finance SMEs via the PLUS-loan, a standard subordinated loan. 

LRM has its own ARKIV-company, KMOFIN. KMOFIN was established within the framework of the ARKimedes Regulation in order to increase access to venture capital for SMEs. The ARKimedes regulation is an initiative of the Flemisch government and PMV (Participatie Maatschappij Vlaanderen).

LRM is actively developing SME zones together with municipalities.
