SYNTEGRO

In September 2007, and via its ARKIV (KMOFIN), LRM invested
€ 750,000 in Syntegro, a new ICT company that focuses on the development of access control systems and e-HR solutions. This investment was carried out partly in the form of capital and partly in the form of a subordinated loan.

The objective of Syntegro nv is to become a new and major player in the market for access control and time registration systems, including employee self-service and e-HR. Beyond software applications, Syntegro will also develop innovative and flexible hardware for these domains, targeting a very broad market. The goal is to launch its products first on the Flemish and Dutch markets, starting up international commercialisation in a later phase. Syntegro is established for the time being in de incubator building of the Research Campus Hasselt.
