The company presently generates sales to the value of €12m to the specialised trade in the Benelux. MINERVA distributes a wide range of high-quality and innovative spare parts for bicycles and assembles and distributes bicycles.
The company sells its own brands: MINERVA, COLUMBUS & COLORADO, but also distributes a total range of well-known brands such as Campagnolo, Shimano, Michelin, Continental, Tacx, Selle Italia, Rodi, etc.

LRM financed the takeover of Minerva by Peter Bruggeman.
