Bruyninx Groep is one of the biggest distributors of cars of different makes in Belgium. The group sells its cars through 7 dealerships of its own and approx. 50 agents in Limburg.

The group pursues a 'multi-brand' strategy and holds concessions for various makes (Peugeot, Citroën, Lancia, Fiat and Nissan) and is the Alfa-Romeo agent. In addition Bruyninx also has distribution rights on spares for the various makes in its portfolio and its own bodywork department.

LRM invested a sum of € 1.8 million in the buy-out holding company, along with ING PE and Bruyninx Groep management.
