Management

LRM is a financial investor. In principle, it will not get involved in the daily management of a business. The qualities of the owner/manager and the management team are a key criterion in any investment decision made by LRM.

Business plan

A well thought-out business plan maps the opportunities of an investment (commercial, technical, organizational and financial). A good business plan takes time, but is indispensable when evaluating a project.

Limburg link

LRM invests in businesses deploying activities in Limburg. This way, LRM is able to invest in foreign companies, on the condition that they are active in Limburg. On the other hand, LRM also invests in companies from Limburg with reference to foreign financing projects, to further strengthen the Limburg entity.
